This is a work from home opportunity. We are looking for a Listing Manager and Lead Agent Assistant who can handle a new listing from beginning until it turns Pending. Also, you will assist the Lead Agent. We need an Administrative 'animal' that can handle 100+ transactions per year.
- Reponsible for all Listing Management and detailed administrative assistance of the Lead Agent.
- Must have a real estate license
- Must have minimum of two years experience in real estate
- Thorough knowledge of the Internet, MLS, MS Publisher, Top Producer, Market Snapshot and Outlook
- Must have a fully functional home office, cell, headset, computer, fax/scanner
- Capable of handling 10+ new listings per month.
- Enjoy communicating via phone and email with clients, agents and the public
- Will occasionally show property
- Highly tech-savvy
- Digital marketing and social media experience
- Lead Database Management
- Hard working and coachable
- Highly effective multi-tasker
- Extremely detailed
- Assist Lead Agent with various duties
