Responsibilities

  • Serves as the main point of contact for all listing agents on the team. Maintains and follows up on all listing related paperwork to ensure accuracy. Ensures timeliness, follow through and continued contact throughout the listing process and maintains a high level of customer service.
  • Verifies that key listing information has been entered correctly into the MLS and the home is being marketed to Reynolds Team standards.
  • Works with the marketing team to ensure all listings are promoted during the coming soon and active phases.

Qualifications

  • MLS listing experience preferred
  • Experience in real estate necessary 
  • Develops strong rapport with both clients and team
  • Demonstrates highly effective organizational/project management skills
  • Deadline driven
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task error-free and remain calm under stress

Compensation
$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
