The Listing Coordinator always looks to go “above and beyond” for our clients to make sure that they have a smooth and enjoyable home selling experience.

- Communicate with other real estate agents regarding their showings of our listings to facilitate more sales
- Draft all MLS listings and update as necessary to maintain customer happiness
- Oversee and assist homeowners with the completion of listing contracts so agents are free to help more customers
- Keep homeowners up to date about their showings and any feedback that is received to increase customer retention and referrals
- Create reports to track business and all sales activity using Microsoft Excel to ensure company goals are being met
- Experience in Real Estate, Transaction Coordination, Titles or Mortgages is helpful
- MLS experience helpful
- Demonstrates highly efficient organizational skills
- Motivated to provide excellent customer service and experience
- Is an active and focused listener
