We are looking for a full-time Listing Coordinator to join our Real Estate Team! Your responsibilities will include scheduling photos, setting up showings, coordinating open houses, creating listing packets, communicating with clients, drafting offers, and more. You’ll also work with the Team agents to assist with client follow-up and listing management. Our ideal candidate has superior organizational skills, a gift for customer service, and a fun and positive attitude. Responsibilities

  • Creating listing packets
  • Going to listings to complete listing input paperwork/measure room sizes
  • Retrieving HOA Documents
  • Uploading listing agreements, sellers' disclosures, and property card in AppFiles
  • Creating property feature sheets
  • Scheduling photos
  • Updating listing board
  • Setting up Showingtime
  • Emailing sellers once their listing is live
  • Coordinating lockbox, sign, and brochure box pickup/drop off 
  • Updating Sisu with new listings
  • Answering phone calls
  • Preparing listing modifications (Price Changes, Withdrawals, Date Changes)
  • Stocking listing packets

Qualifications

  • Great written and verbal skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to handle several projects simultaneously 
  • Implements the key principles of time management, task allocation and priority assignment in addition to personal organization
  • Continually seeks ways to improve the service provided via development of professional skills and personal growth
  • Reliable transportation
  • Real Estate license is a plus, but not required

Compensation
$18 - $20 per hour
