We’re looking for a proactive, highly-organized listing coordinator to play a key role on our growing team. You’ll work with sellers throughout their entire listing process, compile listing information and research for comparable properties, assist homeowners with completing contracts, and enter MLS listings in the database. You’ll also arrange cleanings to prepare homes to sell, organize showings, and generate reports to display sales activity. Our ideal candidate can operate with a high level of professionalism and juggle multiple listings efficiently, all while staying focused and helping others with a smile. Responsibilities
- Organize the showing schedule and communicate with other agents to understand the showing best practices and how to increase homes sold
- Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, sellers’ disclosures, and other documents
- Prepare all listing information including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property on the MLS database
- Schedule property inspections with customers and vendors to clean and prepare homes to sell fast
- Allow real estate agents to sell more homes by managing listings for sellers, from initial contact to executed purchase agreement
Qualifications
- Has real estate license or is willing to pursue one
- Able to use Excel to display data clearly, as well as use basic computer programs
- Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience
- Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus
- Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred
- Has knowledge of the MLS and real estate related software
- Is proficient in Mac Operating System and G-Suite
- Meets deadlines and exceeds client’s expectations
- Has the ability to handle last minute tasks
- Exudes a service-based attitude with a proven ability to succeed
- Is willing to embrace the amazing culture and proven models
- Is a team player that thrives working with a tight-knit team
- Has a keen understanding of the Local Market & Current Market Trends
- Has the ability to follow a checklist and loves it
- Clear understanding of TMO, CMA, Net Sheet, Seller info sheet
- Assertive, outgoing, organized, ambitious, productive.
- Confident, result-oriented, accountable, and goal driven.
- Strong selling, presenting, and negotiating skills.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Position is an in-office position, Monday through Friday.
Compensation
$33,000 - $45,000
