We’re looking for a proactive, highly-organized listing coordinator to play a key role in our growing team. You’ll work with sellers throughout their entire listing process, compile listing information and research for comparable properties, assist homeowners with completing contracts, and enter MLS listings in the database. You’ll also arrange cleanings to prepare homes to sell, organize showings, and generate reports to display sales activity. Our ideal candidate can operate with a high level of professionalism and juggle multiple listings efficiently, all while staying focused and helping others with a smile. This position will speak with clients, schedule inspections, ensure contract deadlines are met, etc. They will be responsible for creating a positive, Level 10+ real estate experience for all clients! Experience as a closing coordinator is a plus, but not required. A real estate license IS required.

The right person will also have the desire to help build the team by contributing to both indirect and direct marketing responsibilities.

We are seeking someone who enjoys people and excels at building relationships both in person and over the phone. Proficiency with computers and technology is a must! Possessing the ability to learn new applications quickly is also a necessary quality. This is a very detail-oriented position, so attention and the ability to focus on small things is a must!

Experience with Google Suite is necessary. The right person must have good organizational skills and be great at multitasking. This position allows for working from home or our office in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina! Currently, our entire coordination team works remotely.
Compensation: $40,000+bonus based upon experience.

  • Manage seller transactions entirely, from initial contact for the listing to executed contract, so agents are free to help more customers
  • Post new listings to social media and in MLS to sell homes quickly and give customers an excellent experience
  • Arrange all buyers’ showings and public open houses to get feedback regarding the showing to help other team members facilitate more sales
  • Coordinate all listing information such as property photos, pre-listing presentations, and MLS market research for comparable properties
  • Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed to sell
  • Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, sellers’ disclosures, and other documents
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person
  • Able to use Excel to display data clearly, as well as use basic computer programs
  • Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred
  • Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client
  • Currently has or is pursuing a real estate license
