We are looking for a Real Estate Listing Coordinator who is a highly-motivated self-starter, as well as a team player. Candidates must exhibit good spelling, grammar, and communication skills.

Typical hours are 8 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities
  • Check documents for compliance
  • Review all documents turned in for a new listing, to be sure they are complete, compliant, and accurate. This is done through the SkySlope database
  • Client care services
  • Act as a point of contact (along with the agent), throughout the time a home is listed
  • Provide timelines, information and services for the listing, complete any seller requests
  • Answer any seller questions. The purpose is to actively serve clients
  • Listing a property on the MLS
  • Data entry and creative descriptions. During this process we are also checking for accuracy on the information
  • Upload necessary documents and professional photos, and set up showing instructions in the Showingtime Appointment Center website
  • Schedule and help coordinate listing/pre-listing/post-listing services between our vendors and our clients. (Pre-listing inspections, professional photos, staging consultations, Showingtime appointment center, etc.). Also, coordinate and prepare the client for equipment delivery or pickup, as well as provide other services to the client (create flyers, set up home warranty, mail listing documents to client, make any client-requested changes to the listing or showing instructions, etc.)
  • Managing files/spreadsheets
  • Enter accurate information into company spreadsheets, as well as update and manage said spreadsheets
  • Maintain accurate records of all documents and listing files
Qualifications
  • Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is valued
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated to provide excellent customer service and experience


Compensation
$15 per hour
