We are searching for a listing manager who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. Your job will be to manage the listing process from start to finish, including arranging all listing information on the MLS database, completing contracts with sellers, post and maintain MLS listing activity in our database to properly showcase results.   • Present progress reports to the real estate team that include all sales activity in the client database and how the data relates to company goals
  • Prepare all listing information including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property on the MLS database
  • Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed to sell
  • Supervise all parts of seller transactions, from first contact to the execution of purchase agreement, allowing real estate agents to sell more homes
  • Set up showings and open houses in order to receive critical feedback that can improve the showing process

  • Answers incoming calls and prioritizes issues to be handled
  • Reviews contracts and follows compliance procedures and guidelines
  • Maintains status calendar of important contract deadlines
  • Coordinates the photos, lockbox assignment, sign installation between seller and agent
  • Communicates with clients throughout the selling process, answers questions, and educates as necessary
  • Conducts daily/weekly written and verbal communication with all parties involved in a listing
  • Builds, implements, and manages systems for better efficiency within the role
  • Uses internal communication systems to keep agents informed at all times
  • Maintains database and updates client files on any changes to any contact info
  • Maintains a spreadsheet with projections and closings

  • College experience preferred but not required to apply
  • Currently has or is pursuing a real estate license
  • Easily navigates basic computer programs and can create clear spreadsheets using Excel
  • Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience
  • Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person

  • Has basic computer skills, knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendars, Sheets, Docs, etc.) comfort learning new software
  • A valid Florida real estate license is required for this job or applicants must be actively pursuing obtaining their license

$15 - $17 hourly
