Who are we looking for?

The Listing Manager is passionate about achievement and draws energy from working with people. He/She is deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as to growing his/her own skills within the team.

This individual may be assigned various marketing duties, such as social media posts and managing our social media platforms. A highly successful Listing Manager will be disciplined about their time and work on projects while handling new leads and information requests from the team. This person is highly focused in order to complete their work and recognizes this position as a platform for growth into a long-term career and not just a job.

A positive daily attitude of gratitude is a MUST. We love what we do and carry that with us every day.

Preferably this person has administrative experience and is willing to put clients above all else. Expertise and experience using CRMs, developing systems, and any real estate background are helpful.

Responsibilities

What will you do?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing

  • Act as a direct contact for the marketing team; supplying them with what they need to execute current systems
  • Manage, update, and keep current all marketing templates for all listing packages
  • Social media platform management including but not limited to content creation, scheduling posts, and comment review/engagement
  • Help create and execute an annual calendar of events from community engagement events to speaking and seminar opportunities
  • Help coordinate and promote all community events from start to finish including making invites, booking of vendors, sponsors, and communications regarding the event to invitees and social media audience
  • Help manage inventory for all marketing materials

Campaigns and Tracking/Reporting

  • Help create and manage strategic campaigns for our coming soon/active listings
  • Track all social media campaign results
  • Create and execute an annual schedule for mailers and marketing materials

Rainmaker/Calendar

  • Prepare all pre-listing and listing packages including CMAs for each rainmaker listing appointment
  • Send Thank You cards when necessary and create a system for rainmaker to make follow up calls on all cards sent
  • Make phone calls to the database for events, neighborhood portals, the KW app, and any other needs from the rainmaker

Listing Management

  • Execute established system for all listings prior to being under contract including but not limited to
  • Putting together CMA and listing agreement prior to listing appointments
  • The introduction calls to finalize details needed for the listing system
  • Attending photos and appointments with scheduled vendors
  • Dropping showing materials
  • Entering and managing MLS listings
  • Schedule and manage all open houses
  • Obtaining feedback from showing agents/open houses
  • Create and manage all marketing materials for all listings including communications with the marketing team for their portion of the system
  • Serve as the main contact for all incoming MLS agent calls for Collective listings
  • Follow up daily with agents showing a Collective listing
  • Help manage virtual assistant with daily responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Research and manage new streams for leads, track conversion rates, and ROI
  • Participate in circle prospecting, door knocking, client drop by, and client follow when requested

Communications/Interactions

Client Care

  • Update all listing clients weekly with market updates, showing results/feedback, and provide next steps in the listing process
  • Congratulate all clients once under contract via phone call, email, social media, text, etc (scripts provided)

Team and Communication

  • Open/constant communication with rainmaker and director of operations daily
  • Open/constant communications with virtual assistant daily
  • Prepare and present reports for standard weekly team meetings

Management Responsibilities:

  • Showing Agents

  • Virtual Assistant

Qualifications

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Extremely attentive to detail
  • Strong strategic, business-building skills
  • Self-motivated and learning based
  • Willing to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Google Office Suite
  • Promptness to all appointments/meetings
  • Experience with database management preferred
  • Job Type: Full-time

Compensation
$35,000 - $45,000 yearly
