- Prepare Listing portfolios
- Brief sellers with showing feedback
- Create reports to track business and all sales activity using Microsoft Excel
- Manage large database of contacts and perform various functions using Microsoft Outlook
- Make sure all MLS listings are accurate
- Can handle difficult customers with grace
- Ability to communicate effectively; both written and verbal
- Trustworthy, responsible, punctual
- Demonstrates highly efficient organizational skills
- Would be helpful if you have previous MLS experience
$16 - $19 hourly
