We are searching for a listing coordinator who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. Your job will be to manage the listing process from start to finish, including arranging all listing information on the MLS database, completing contracts with sellers, post and maintain MLS listings, schedule property inspections, and open houses, and track sales activity in our database to properly showcase results.   • Manage seller transactions entirely, from initial contact for the listing to executed contract, so agents are free to help more customers
  • Enter sales activity into the client database and track business reports to present progress toward company goals
  • Sell homes quickly by maintaining the listings on social media and in MLS to provide excellent customer satisfaction
  • Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers’ disclosures, and other required documentation and send to the real estate broker for file compliance
  • Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed to sell

  • Show expert skills with online social media outlets via ads, posts, and driving paper clicks to our website

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging homes for sale
  • May consult with sellers to accomplish necessary repairs, improvements, and cleaning
  • Evaluate showing feedback and reevaluate pricing as needed
  • Monitor performance of social media ads daily and drive customers to our website

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to use Excel to display data clearly, as well as use basic computer programs
  • Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred
  • College experience preferred but not required to apply
  • Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client

  • Must be licensed in real estate or willing to obtain a license
  • Must have immense social media marketing experience and knowledge

$17 - $24 per hour, DOE
