Job Overview

We are looking for an excited and self-motivated team member to join our fun, fast-paced company to oversee and coordinate listings — specifically tasks such as the creation, updating, and auditing of 200+ listings in both our internal and external systems (such as the MLS and Zillow/Trulia/Realtor.com). This position will be responsible for the management of all 200+ of our listings, ensuring that each is advertised in a timely manner, as well as items such as quality assurance, spreadsheet management, and the execution of various listing-related documents.

Responsibilities
  • Create reports to track business and all sales activity using Microsoft Excel to ensure company goals are being met
  • Acquire vendor estimates and coordinate repairs/upgrades on homes getting ready to be listed to facilitate home sales
  • Post and maintain all listings in MLS to sell homes fast
  • Keep homeowners up to date about their showings and any feedback that is received to increase customer retention and referrals
  • Oversee and assist homeowners with the completion of listing contracts so agents are free to help more customers
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Experience in the following is preferred: Real Estate, Transaction Coordination, Titles or Mortgages
  • Error-free in ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrates a sincere appreciation for others
  • Can handle difficult situations and customers with grace
  • Reliable and dependable

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Responds well to change and new idea
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in real estate, office administration, or transaction coordination required
  • Minimum of two years of professional work experience required
  • Experience working in real estate, either licensed or unlicensed is highly desired, but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation
$36,000 - $40,000 yearly
