The Real Estate Listing Specialist will be an individual who is self-motivated, extremely organized, with great attention to detail and a high sense of urgency. They have a compelling desire to support the team in achieving success while being committed to growing their own skills and accountable to meet team goals and objectives.


Responsibilities and Duties

The Listing Specialist is responsible for ensuring a superior level of customer service to all clients who hire us to sell their home. You will also be responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of service to our high-performing Team of agents. In addition, you will assist the Listing Division and/or Transaction Management Division with any and all activities that encompass servicing listings, marketing listings, maintaining our database, and managing clients and files from the contract to the closing and beyond.

This position requires a well-organized individual who is extremely detail-oriented, with a commitment to following the real-estate compliance rules and following up, while being able to think creatively and pivot quickly. Your daily activities will be focused on ensuring all files have the necessary documentation, preparing listing files for the online market, opening and closing files, reviewing various systems to ensure all items are accounted for, tracking business metrics, marketing, and checking in with clients and agents.

  • Previous experience in the job or similar role - Paralegal/Mortgage Loan Processor
  • A self-starter, able to function independently with minimal direct supervision.
  • Superior organization skills with a strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow through and meet deadlines and goals without letting details slip through the cracks.
  • Strong sense of urgency/time sensitivity and excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Natural problem solver; able to think critically and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Experience using G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
  • Tech savvy and able to explain basic technology to a non-technical audience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate.
  • Highly self-aware and coachable; positive energy and attitude.
  • Team player, willing to jump in and work on items “outside” of their job.

  • Team oriented, learning based, possessing sheer grit and the will to succeed

$36,000 - $45,000 yearly
