  • Confirm ISA set listing appointments and meet with prospective sellers
  • Acquire signed listing contracts
  • Prospect and follow up with clients to set listing appointments from your sphere
  • Work with your transaction coordinator to see the deal through to closing


  • DC license required and MD license preferred
  • Several years of successful experience in real estate sales preferably specializing on the listing side
  • Driven and determined mindset with the energy and follow through to achieve your goals
