The Listing Agent will be the lead person that communicates and works with administrative listing manager regularly to ensure clients’ needs are met. He/she will track all outbound and inbound lead generation activities from leads-contacts-appointments-contracts. The listing agent will prospect and conduct outbound lead generation activities for new listing appointments, and quickly respond and convert inbound listing leads into appointments (ie.- sign calls and internet leads). He/she will conduct price reduction appointments as needed. prepare and analyze the Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) before all listing presentation appointments.
The listing agent will present and negotiate all offers to purchase with clients and agents representing buyers until acceptance.
