• In order to increase sales, ensure customers are satisfied and trust you, offering top quality client service
• Know the community well to answer potential clients' questions about potential homes and the surrounding area
• Provide clients with an efficient, smooth transaction closure by supervising the process
• Engage management and team in effective communication
• Handling, tracking and closing several leads per month that are generated by the team
• Take part in company huddles, team meetings, and office outings to enhance camaraderie with other agents as well as opportunities for networking
