- In order to increase sales, ensure customers are satisfied and trust you, offering top quality client service
- Have a good understanding of the community to answer potential clients' questions about potential homes and the surrounding area
- Provide clients with an efficient, smooth transaction closure by supervising the process
- Engage management and team in effective communication
- Handling, tracking, and closing several leads per month that are generated by the team
- Take part in company huddles, team meetings, and office outings to enhance camaraderie with other agents as well as opportunities for networking
- Time management skills and highly organized
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Tech-savvy
- Current WA Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining a WA Real Estate License
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Be open to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
