As a Licensed Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Show homes to prospective buyers and provide them with a memorable experience.
- Utilize your knowledge of the local market and community to answer buyers’ questions.
- Educate buyers on the home-buying process.
- Act as the lead agent’s right hand, managing their email and calendar and screening their communication.

We’re looking for someone with:
- A real estate license.

Responsibilities
This is a full-time position that requires availability on weekdays for a daily zoom meeting and a weekly tactical meeting. While working from the office is encouraged, there is also the option to work remotely for the administrative aspect but traveling is required for the second half of the day.
- Email Management of Lead Agent Accounts
- Calendar Management of Lead Agent Account
- Screen Communication on Behalf of the Lead Agent including text messages and phone calls
Working Schedule: Sales partners’ hours are flexible; they are responsible for setting their own hours with the expectation to be available to serve clients at the highest level.
Sample Outline:
- 9:00-9:15 am- Team Huddle
- 9:15-10:30 am - Respond to emails and Appointment Prep
- 1:00-2:00 pm - Respond to emails and Appointment Prep
- 3:00 -7:00 pm - Property showings & in the field assistance (pick up checks, place lock boxes, sign riders)
- 7:00-7:15 pm - Screen and respond to any emails, phone calls, and text messages as well as provide weekend availability.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School or equivalent (Preferred)
- First Degree
Experience:
- Fair Housing regulations: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Real Estate: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Real Estate License (Required)
