We're searching for a diligent Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic & growing office! You’ll be responsible for responding to clients, real estate agents, and various other parties in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling and facilitating closings, and ensuring that all parties in a real estate transaction have a pleasant experience.

Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in real estate transactions, closings, and general knowledge of the industry.

• Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction

• Oversee daily real estate transactions and facilitate seamless closings
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and real estate closing documents
• Maintain an organized filing system for all legal documents
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner to ensure client satisfaction
• Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and keeping our case filing system organized

• Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
• Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
• High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
• Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
• History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized

• Candidates must have completed an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting preferred
