We are seeking an Experienced Leasing/Sales Agent to join our family-owned business! You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the clients. This is a full-time position with the commission and overtime pay during the busy season (April - October). NOTE: We are not a brokerage firm. A real estate license is NOT required!


  • Lease luxury rentals across 30 buildings in Bronzeville portfolio
  • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and CLOSE DEALS!
  • Learn and sell building/unit/location to clients
  • Attend weekly management meetings and provide a report of progress
  • Maintain and update prospect and client profiles in a centralized database
  • Required to work half days on Saturdays and Sundays during rental season
  • Must be the main point of contact for all new resident move-ins
  • Administrative responsibilities required when not working on prospective tenants


  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and car with current car insurance
  • Has a sales mindset and focused on closing deals
  • Is comfortable in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Can easily navigate/work in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Knows how to use online software and office equipment to work productively and efficiently
  • Is well written in electronic communications and well-spoken with our residents, clients, and colleagues
  • Can offer solutions to make our workflow more effective and knows how to receive feedback
  • Participate in weekly status meetings
  • Ability to work 9am to 6 pm Mon-Fri and 9 am - 1 pm on weekends during the busy season
  • Has a minimum of 5 yrs experience working in an extremely fast-paced office environment

$20 - $22 hourly
