We are seeking an individual who can be the first point of contact for our company- answering all inbound seller calls, collecting property and seller details, answering basic seller questions, and setting appointments for our Acquisition Managers. This must be done all while providing a first-class professional experience to all sellers that enhances company brand. An online Customer Relations Management database will be provided to enter and manage the inbound content. In addition to inbound phone calls, you will be responsible for calling back missed calls, to collect the information above. As well as reaching out to sellers who submit online web form requests from Facebook and other online sites. The main objective is to talk to as many people, and set as many seller appointments as possible.

This position is severely important to the company, as it is the first form of contact with potential sellers will have with D.L. Hoffman Homes, LLC. You will be the voice of the company!


  • Answering inbound seller calls, collecting property and seller details
  • Answering basic seller questions, and setting appointments for our Acquisitions Managers
  • Maintaining consistent and complete records of customer information
  • Calling back missed calls to collect the information above
  • Reaching out to sellers who submit online web form requests from Facebook and other online sites
  • Talk to as many people, and set as many seller appointments as possible


  • Since you will never physically be face-to-face with our sellers, we want this role to portray a trusting and friendly relationship over the phone. Following the provided script is necessary, but we really want someone who can comfortably add to the conversation to engage in a more personable manner, to build rapport.
  • Overall, this is someone who has a great phone presence and builds trust quickly. Due to the nature of our business, from time to time, you will encounter frustrated or upset individuals that are going through tough life situations. You must be able to diffuse these individuals calmly, and not let it fluster you. Other callers will be anxious to sell their homes quickly and will be very easy to talk with. 

This Position IS FOR YOU if:

  • You are extremely task-oriented and organized.
  • You are comfortable talking to strangers on the phone and have an outgoing personality.
  • You are easily heard over the phone and are confident in your words.
  • You can make administrative decisions on your own, and are a self-motivated problem solver.
  • You own a reliable/fast laptop and smartphone.
  • You are self-motivated to complete tasks without requiring constant management

This Position is NOT FOR YOU if:

  • You get overwhelmed or flustered when a lot of things are happening at once and need to be organized quickly.
  • You are uncomfortable confidently carrying on a conversation with a stranger.
  • You struggle with multi-tasking and/or are slow at typing on the computer while participating in a conversation.

$12 - $15 hourly with bonuses based on performance
