Responsibilities
  • Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
  • Create sales reports in a timely fashion
  • Provide coaching, training and high level leadership to the team
  • Manage the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Help agents create and practice their sales scripts

  • Market, negotiate and sell properties prior to a predetermined deadline - This is a fast-paced job in a rapidly growing company
  • Continuous improvement of process and procedures
  • Create new buyer contacts in order to grow our existing buyers list
  • Constant monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process
  • Manage and facilitate successful acquisition activity with the sales team
  • Work with the entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth
  • Managing all listings as well as new and existing relationships
  • Relationship building
  • Research and contact new buyers
  • Returning lead/prospect calls, and calling all buyers within a one-mile radius of deals
  • Continuously filling the pipeline with new leads and prospects
  • Pitching deals to a new buyer, negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions
  • Assigning properties to relevant buyers and confirming close
  • Manage CRM and continually update on a daily basis

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 yearly
