Your management objectives are to grow the sales team and increase the performance of each member, specifically increasing the deals closed from each salesperson’s database/center of influence.

• Provide coaching, training and high level leadership to the team
• Manage all competitor, customer and market research
• Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
• Achieve objectives through effective planning, sales goals, data analysis on past performance, and future performance projections
• Develop a scalable sales process and ensure agents adhere to it correctly
• Set aggressive sales goals with sales team
• Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
• Work on sales scripts with agents
• Manage the activities and performance of the sales team
• Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting

• Build Recruitment lead pillars
• Call, Interview, and recruit top talent to grow our buyer's agent team

• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
• Team leadership ability
• One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred
• Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software
