Maybe you are an experienced sales agent/team leader who knows their strengths are managing, nurturing, teaching or holding others accountable, rather than selling. We have sales people in our real estate office who need coaching, encouragement and need accountability for goals.


The Sales Manager leads the buyer side of the team by hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all Buyer Specialists and Showing Assistants. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the management ability, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving buyer agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement training programs. Hold regular skills training sessions for agents
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
  • Work closely with marketing to develop new creative promotional intiatives
  • Manage the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Attain organizational sales goals and revenues by creating a sales strategy

  • Provide coaching, training, and high level leadership to the team
  • Recruit new career-oriented sales associates
  • Manage the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Work closely with marketing to develop new creative promotional initiatives

Qualifications
  • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred
  • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
  • Proven organizational and planning ability
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
  • Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly

  • High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales process in its entirety
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software
  • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred
  • Must have demonstratable sales/management/leadership experience in residential real estate.
  • High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales process in its entirety
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software
  • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred

Compensation
$70,000 - $120,000 compensation plan
