Real Estate Lead Manager is the central part of the company as you assist the CEO or acquisitions in lead communication, scheduling, appointment setting, and contract negotiations.
Pay: This position is remote, salary-based with a small commission. The candidate will undergo training, 1-2 week period (depending on experience) which will be paid $2000/month plus commission per deal closed.
- Inbound lead communication
- Seller lead data entry into our company database
- Seller lead data maintenance and organization inside
- Working with Acquisitions team to schedule appointments and sending offers
- Basic Property Valuation Analysis
- Outbound Follow Up Touches to Seller Leads (Calls, Texts, Emails,)
The following experience is relevant to us:
- 2+ years of Real estate experience or experience in an environment heavily dependent on phone sales
- Database Management/CRM Management Experience
- Friendly, Outgoing, Problem Solving Personality
- Organized in Communication with Team Members and Scheduling Future Actions and Appointments
