We’re hiring a motivated real estate Lead Manager / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for a team player to rapidly respond to incoming leads. The person in this role is expected to minimize the time between a new incoming lead and contacting the lead directly. This position is expected to do basic lead qualification and determine the reason for the potential sale, and the urgency of the opportunity. When as much of the information as possible is gathered, this position is expected to set up and schedule appointments for the acquisition person. Responsibilities

  • Continually follow up with leads opportunities that no contact has been made yet. These follow-ups will be more active in nature
  • Ongoing customer management in the form of regular follow-ups to previous leads that did not sell their property. These follow-ups will be more passive in nature.
  • Data maintenance within the CRM.
  • Sending out offers to leads that are moving from the active follow up, to the passive follow up stages.
  • Requires a strong service orientation; a self-less approach
  • The catalyst for collaborative, team interaction. Initiate cooperative contact with people.
  • Requires open, flowing communication focused on what others need
  • Requires excellent listening and a very patient and approachable demeanor
  • Must be able to reach out to prospects, build rapport, have conversations and gather information
  • Crucial to answering calls when they first come in
  • Requires following a soft script and continuous learning in communication skills
  • Admin Responsibilities
  • A light amount of transaction coordination
  • Works well with GSuite (gmail/calendar/sheets/docs)
  • Record marketing results and expenses into KPI spreadsheet
  • Must be highly organized
  • Previous administrative assistant experience


Qualifications

  • Requires open, flowing communication focused on what others need
  • Requires excellent listening and a very patient and approachable demeanor
  • Computer skills
  • Must be able to speak well on the phone for long periods of time and build rapport with the callers
  • Outbound sales experience
  • Background in real estate


Compensation
$17 - $20 hr
