- The purpose of this position is to manage all incoming leads and market to generate new leads.
- The person in this role is expected to analyze each opportunity and identify the value, but also determining what is the best channel to move the lead into so that it can be monetized.
- This position will require critical thinking and the ability to diligently complete tasks and to speak with potential sellers so they can gather relevant information in determining which channel will provide the largest return for the company.
- This person will also be handling the social media campaigns for the company and coaching program.
- Answer all incoming leads from various marketing channels.
- Analyze each property and put numbers in for the sales team
- Social Media marketing for both sales team and coaching program
- Lead generation for the sales team
- Organize a monthly meet-up
- Other admin related task
- Previous real estate background (know how to run comps and use the MLS)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Social Media master
- Reliable and dependable
- Multi-task and prioritize shifting responsibilities
- Team Player
- Creative and thinks outside the box
- Knowing renovation cost is a huge Plus
- Bilingual preferred but not a requirement
