We are currently seeking a Lead Coordinator. The successful candidate will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various sources provided by our company. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, nurturing, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for our Sales team. You will assist the owner on special projects and provide support for the outside sales team as needed.

We are looking for someone who is results oriented, has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with strangers, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Record, source, assign, and track both internet and non-internet leads. First point of contact in handling customer inquiries
  • Manage cultivation of leads from acquisition to appointments
  • Accurately qualify potential clients for appointments with sales Agents
  • Rigorously prospect for new business through personal efforts
  • Maintain contact database system and back office support. Ensure all systems and processes run efficiently, making revisions as needed
  • Keep management informed of any issues that need to be addressed
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail and text communication, data entry, scheduling of appointments and overall coordination of sales pipeline through the sales cycle
Qualifications
  • Holds or actively working to acquire an active real estate license in the state of MA
  • Has excellent organizational, time management, follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts
  • Passionate about selling
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000+ Annual (includes base salary plus bonus)
