Our Real Estate Business is growing so fast we can hardly keep up. We have an immediate opening for a Full Time Real Estate Lead Conversion Coordinator. We have a rare opportunity for a talented professional on our nationally ranked Real Estate team. 

The Lead Conversion Coordinator for The Oldfather Group is a Real Estate business professional with proven leadership ability who takes stewardship of incoming real estate prospects and actively work to create systems to maximize their effectiveness at converting them. 

In addition to being the first point of contact for your team, you will track, monitor and audit the activities of our expanding group of top flight real estate professionals as our business expands. The Lead Conversion Coordinator will be actively working to convert massive amounts of your leads into appointments through personalized follow-up and managing a team of Inside Sales associates and agent activities. 

We seek an individual who thrives in a challenging and fulfilling sales environment, likes to have fun while maximizing their income potential, and will have an administrative mind and a sales orientation. The ideal candidate will have prior sales training and/or extensive prior experience in real estate sales, preferably including communication through email and over the phone and experience with contact management software, IDX and MLS software, and general business software. We have a superb reputation and an internationally coveted luxury brand.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound prospecting of team database
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining team database
  • Responsible to for quarterly touch calls to team Met Group
  • Quickly respond to Internet and phone inquiries and Sign Calls
  • Qualify prospects and solicit additional information
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming requests and leads for high producing team
  • Cultivate and convert inquiries to in office appointments for Buyer and Seller Agents
  • Input leads and perform follow up campaigns and activities
  • Stay updated and knowledgeable on local real estate trends, interest rates, and new developments
  • Responsible for Monthly and Weekly reporting of lead flow, appointments and contacts created to leadership team
  • Manage, coach and hold Inside Sales reps accountable to Key Performance Metrics, and other agreed upon activities


Qualifications

  • Able to develop relationships and build rapport quickly
  • A Delaware or Maryland Real Estate License is preferable or willingness to acquire in the future
  • General familiarity with neighborhoods and zip codes in and around Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania
  • Minimum 1 year professional experience
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience
  • College Degree preferred but not required
  • Friendly, positive and service-minded
  • Some weekend flexibility preferred


Compensation
$40,000+ at plan
