Lead Contract Manager for $100M FUN, YOUNG, GROWING Real Estate Team

One of the top Real Estate teams in Colorado is seeking a LEAD Contract Manager to oversee the entire contract-to-close process for 300+ transactions a year. Our current rockstar in this role is leaving for maternity, and when she returns, will come back in a different role. We're looking to hire the long-term fit that will oversee the department for years to come, creating significant upward mobility and opportunity for the right person.

A current CO Real Estate license isn't required right away, but it will need to be obtained within the first 6 months (at our expense). Experience in the RE industry, an understanding of contracts and processes, etc. is preferred, but for the right candidate, we would bring you up to speed.

High attention to detail and excellent communication skills are 100% required. This person will be responsible for keeping the train on the rails, so a willingness to absorb the emotion and drama of a real estate transaction without getting swept in to the emotion of it is helpful.

Our team (14 people spread from Ft. Collins to Colorado Springs) is one of the most fun groups you'll ever be around, and as we grow, when you're hired, you're adopted in to a family that loves and cares for you, not just starting a job.
