The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) position performs a myriad of roles:

  • Must possess exceptional phone skills and be unafraid to talk to anyone (we'll teach you the things to say and the questions to ask).
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and dedicated to systems and processes.
  • Must be willing to have accountability conversations on a regular basis.
  • Must be hyper-focused on meeting and exceeding goals through conversations with potential clients.

This position is database conversion, appointment setting, relationship building, and customer follow-up. It involves leadership, organization, a great eye for detail, a strong commitment to systems, and a friendly, personable demeanor on the phone.

We're not interested in someone who just wants to sell houses. We're interested in someone who loves making connections and doesn't want the audacious evening/weekend schedule of a real estate agent that pulls you out of your home.


  • Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data
  • Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports
  • Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls, text, and email
  • Pursue leads consistently until appointments are scheduled with a buyer’s or listing agent
  • Manage the customer experience by serving as a concierge for potential home buyers and sellers. This involves numerous phone calls, emails, and text messages daily.


  • Possess a real estate license
  • Possess superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of spreadsheets and progress-tracking measures
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license required, able to travel by car
  • Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: canvassing, door knocking, political lobbying, and military.
  • One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry preferred

Salary + commission ($150,000+)
