The Investor Relations Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s pricing strategies, sales and marketing of our listed properties, and overall management of the resale process. This will require learning, understanding, and implementation of the company philosophy regarding the analysis and negotiation of each opportunity to maximize the profits on each sale.
Our company owns and renovates properties all over the southeast. This position requires attention to detail, a high aptitude for sales and negotiation, organization, and excellent communication skills.
The position of Investor Relations Manager involves marketing the value in IRBY's services to Real Estate Investors on a daily basis. Through constant communication, swift negotiations, and relentless drive, the Investor Relations Manager is responsible for the sale of our properties. You must have a desire for networking and a flexible schedule that will allow you to attend seminars, investor events, chamber of commerce events, and other networking functions.
