We're buying single-family homes in Nashville!

Will you work with us?

We're hiring a real estate assistant to help us with single-family real estate investing in Nashville! You'll go on appointments we set for you to consult with us on offers, inspect our home improvement projects, and assist with leasing our rentals to tenants.

We buy 2-4 homes a month in Nashville.

  • Pay is an entry-level hourly wage (W-2)
  • Significant bonus for every home we buy ($250-1,000)
  • Part-time, flexible schedule
  • Work from home; video conferencing
  • iPad with internet provided
  • Full mileage reimbursement ($.58 a mile)
  • No experience necessary (but preferred)

Job duties include:

  • Attend weekly one-on-one meeting to review deals
  • Attend weekly team training to get better at skills
  • Attend daily team huddle to know what to do each day
  • Keep current on all follow-up tasks in our CRM
  • Log all your calls, emails and notes in CRM
  • Call homeowner before appointment to introduce yourself
  • Build rapport and a connection with the homeowner
  • Estimate cost of repairs when at the property (we'll train you)
  • Give us insight so we can make a correct offer to the seller
  • Upload photos, video and/or audio of appointment to CRM
  • Follow up with the homeowner after the appointment
  • Visit job site(s) daily to inspect construction work with video
  • Show rental property to tenants, get signed lease

A background in real estate (construction, inspection, property management, real estate agent, etc) is greatly preferred.

Please highlight any relevant experience in your application - we will read it! However, it is not required. We can train all skills. We want to hire someone who really wants to be great at real estate investing.

You must be a USA citizen, live in Nashville/Davidson County(you'll be driving around the whole city) and have a valid driver's license. You also be willing to take an employment background check.

You'll receive daily and weekly training to succeed at a high level. Best of all, you'll learn how to buy, sell, and invest in real estate working for experienced real estate investors. It's an apprenticeship approach.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
  • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
  • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
  • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
  • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
Qualifications
  • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
  • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
  • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
Compensation
$60,000 yearly
