We are a growing real estate company in DFW looking for someone to meet with sellers and negotiate with them to sell their house directly to us.
This job is for someone who needs minimal supervision, feedback, and direction. You will be given top notch sales training and then be expected to launch yourself from there. Previous Sales experience is required.
This job is for someone who likes to listen more than dominate conversations with their own stories. A successful person will be an excellent, active listener. You like talking to people and figuring out what makes them tick. We can't pay top dollar for houses, but we provide incredible value to sellers in distress. In order to figure out how to do that, you have to uncover their problem and how we can solve it.
This job is for someone who wants to be out of the office every day. You will get a list of 1-2 appointments for the day, and will be responsible for making sure you’ve got your information prepared and show up ready to go. After the appointment, you’ll remotely log your notes and pictures in our online system.

This position is location general, but you must live within the DFW metroplex. We are looking for a candidate who is centrally located in these counties.
Compensation: 100% Commission or Base with Commission for the right candidate.
We have been investing in real estate since 2015 and have rehabbed, wholesaled and held over 550 properties in this time. This year we are on track to do over 250 deals, including a mixture of wholesales, whole-tails, rehabs and rentals. If those words don't mean anything to you, that's ok.
