Sales Director, Real Estate Investment (Getting Properties Sold ... Fast)

Exciting opportunity for a sales professional with strong verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales of our properties as well as growing our buyers' list.

SUMMARY AND GENERAL NATURE OF THE POSITION:

B & M Property Solutions believes in providing win-win solutions to assist homeowners with getting out of a difficult situation, like a pending foreclosure, owning a burdensome or unwanted property, inherited properties or any other stressful homeownership situation regarding residential property. We are problem solvers who buy houses quickly with a fair offer, thus alleviating stress for the homeowner.

The Sales Director will manage the marketing of properties to ensure that it is communicated to our buyers' list on a daily basis. This position will be responsible for the sales of our properties in a timely fashion and negotiating the sale to our buyers' list. Our goal is to sell all our properties in seven (7) days or less for the asking price or more.

Responsibilities

DUTIES AND TASKS RELATED TO SUCCESS:

The Sales Director duties and tasks are directly related to our company's financial success and overall mission of getting all our properties sold. The following are the duties related to being successful in this role:

  • Building a buyer persona
  • Creating a marketing plan
  • Identifying targeted buyers using our buyer's list
  • Researching prospective buyers' leads
  • Creating property descriptions
  • Ensuring necessary photographs are created and available for buyers
  • Posting our properties on the internet
  • Listing properties on Multiple Listing Service
  • Coordinating sales process
  • Identifying and implementing additional marketing strategies as needed
  • Other duties as needed or assigned

THE EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP:

B & M Property Solutions wants you to be successful in the Sales Director role. You will be provided with the tools you need in order to achieve results. Here are some important details about the employment relationship:

  • Full-time position
  • Work hours are flexible and will be determined based on duties assigned and as needed on business

The Sales Director:

  • Will report directly to the Operations Manager
  • Will lead our high-energy Sales Disposition Team

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

The Sales Director will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Getting all our properties sold in seven (7) days or less for the asking price or more
  • Ensuring the majority of work time spent talking with buyers and growing our buyers' list.
Qualifications

REQUIRED / PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • B2B Sales experience is strongly preferred; a real estate license is a plus but not required. 

Ideal candidates for this position would have the following knowledge, skills, abilities, experiences, and passions:

  • Previous B2B Sales experience for at least 1 year
  • Strong customer service skills and active listening abilities
  • The capability to tailor communication to a variety of audiences
  • Proven fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required
  • Proven fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal, is a plus
  • Candidates with previous real estate B2B sales experience and knowledge would be an added bonus
  • Results and goal-oriented to getting properties sold fast

Compensation
$60,000 - $75,000
