We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic sales/acquisitions team member to help foster continued growth. If you have at least 3 years of a successful track record in sales, we want you to apply. 

Responsibilities
  • Answer all incoming calls from prospective leads
  • Create and manage new client and broker relationships
  • Make outgoing calls to current and potential clients to set appointments
  • Maintain a list of prospective leads and follow up with those prospective leads
  • Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects
  • Overcome objections of prospective clients to close deals
  • Generate client appointments and sales leads by making calls daily
  • Manage, organize and update contact database
  • Following up with past leads, clients
  • Understanding client and customer needs
Qualifications
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and love meeting new people
  • Forward thinking, proactive, dynamic, and perform well under pressure
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
Compensation
$30,000 Base + Commission
