We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic sales/acquisitions team member to help foster continued growth. If you have at least 3 years of a successful track record in sales, we want you to apply.
- Answer all incoming calls from prospective leads
- Create and manage new client and broker relationships
- Make outgoing calls to current and potential clients to set appointments
- Maintain a list of prospective leads and follow up with those prospective leads
- Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects
- Overcome objections of prospective clients to close deals
- Generate client appointments and sales leads by making calls daily
- Manage, organize and update contact database
- Following up with past leads, clients
- Understanding client and customer needs
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and love meeting new people
- Forward thinking, proactive, dynamic, and perform well under pressure
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Professional in attitude and appearance
$30,000 Base + Commission
