Real Estate Investment Acquisitions Sales Rep – Work from Home! Part-time or Full-time!

We have an unbelievable opportunity for an assertive, goal-oriented person who can build rapport quickly and does not get intimidated easily. Do you want to be in control of your financial future?

This role is tailor-made for true sales closer! 100% commission and an unbelievable monthly bonus package allow great sales reps to earn a great income. Ability to work either a part-time or full-time schedule and primarily work from home! We also provide an initial draw for the first few months.

The ideal candidate would live near Conyers, GA as our market includes the counties of Henry, Newton, Rockdale, Clayton, Walton, Butts, and Spalding.

You have to be a decisive, forward thinker who can manage your time and follow up with leads, as we will not micromanage you.

If you love to hunt, the thrill of the close, and have some measure of the ability to follow our process, we are looking for you! You do not need to have real estate sales experience or be licensed. This position will involve speaking on the phone and meeting with sellers at their homes.

We will provide all of the marketing, all of the pre-vetted leads, and set up the appointments for you. You just show up and CLOSE!


  • Pre-meeting: 40% of your time will be speaking to pre-vetted leads, vetting deals and setting up an in-person appointment. NOTE, we are also buying homes virtually so some appointments will be remote.
  • Pre-meeting: 10% of your time will be spent reviewing the financial viability of deals.
  • Onsite/Over Phone: 40% of your time will be spent building rapport with the property owner and closing the deal onsite. Take every opportunity to close the deal on the first meeting by overcoming objections.
  • Onsite: 5% of your time will be spent assessing the property for repair cost (quick 7-minute assessment)
  • Other: 5% of your time will include attending internal team collaboration meetings to get alignment and make adjustments on how we can better serve you in the field.


  • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
  • Must have strong experience with one call in-home close and overcoming objections
  • Consistent and proven track record of closing new business on the first meeting
  • Excellent rapport builder with a direct selling style - using various sales techniques to 'always be closing'
  • Professional business image, as you will be the face of the company in the field
  • Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind, and flexibility in approach
  • Must be willing to learn and continuously improve closing skills
  • Must have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills
  • Must have a hunter’s mentality
