The mission of the Acquisitions Specialist is to cultivate relationships with homeowners/investors, understand the problems they are facing, and ultimately create solutions that solve these difficult situations by ultimately getting their property under contract for us to purchase or resell. You play a vital role of our company's success and will work in and out of our office here in Greenville while going on appointments in-person to meet sellers in the following counties: Greenville, Spartanburg and Pickens.

You will also have a team around you for support on both the front and back end so you can focus on one thing, creating solutions for sellers. We place a high value on our technology, sales training/development, monthly company events, weekly lunch as a team, and working atmosphere to give you everything needed not only to WIN but to LOVE what you do, where you work, and who you work with.

This is a commission-only position with a draw for the first 3 months. You are paid on the gross amount of profit YOU bring in that closes that month. The pay period is the 15th and last day of the month.

Drawbacks: While this position and company has MANY upsides it also has some hours that include: meeting sellers in the evenings/weekends when necessary, an average sales process of 3 months, and most property owners will tell you NO so you will always be looking for the needle in a haystack.

Responsibilities

  • Go on 5 seller appointments/week, build relationships, overcome objections and get the deal signed
  • Understand how to value properties, what to offer a seller, and how to explain purchase agreements
  • Follow up with 15 HOT leads/day by managing in our CRM to stay organized
  • Prospect 1hr/day for new business
  • Sales Development training 30min/day
  • Meet with 1 key relationship/week

Qualifications

  • Accepts nothing less than exceptional
  • Strong focus on serving others before yourself
  • Driver/Outgoing personality who has GREAT people skills and does well with rejection from sellers
  • A real estate license is not needed or favored
  • No sales experience is required however it’s is preferred you have at least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Organized
  • Believes and embodies personal development
  • Passionate about real estate and goal-oriented

Compensation
$100,000 - $140,000
