We are an Award winning Real Estate team based out of Dallas, TX. Our investment division helps to identify and acquire single-family homes on behalf of our institutional clients.
Our clients are currently buying 50-70 properties per month in Dallas and Houston and they want to buy more. We need driven agents who are willing to put in the effort to hit our client's monthly acquisition goals.

This is a commission-based position. Training is provided.
- Evaluate and Underwrite residential real estate on the MLS and/off market.
- Identify target acquisitions, execute purchase agreements, and negotiate with sellers/agents on behalf of our institutional clients.
- Keep detailed notes on valuations.
- Communicate with client and other associates.
You must have an active Texas Real Estate License to be considered for this
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
