We are looking for a tenacious, resilient, and strong communicator to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, there will be an emphasis on building rapport and relationships with individuals and requires an outgoing, poised, and persuasive communication style. The Inside Sales Representative’s role is to drum up home seller leads using the company’s proprietary CRM system, lead generation software, and other high-end tools with the end objective of setting appointments for our Acquisitions Managers.

All of the targets the Inside Sales Representative will be reaching out to have expressed signs of wanting to sell their home. Getting in front of prospective sellers and creating a warm handoff of the customer to one of our Acquisitions Managers, is the ultimate goal.

Responsibilities
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to network and develop new business relationships
  • Market, negotiate, and sell properties prior to a predetermined deadline. This is a fast-paced job in a rapidly growing company
  • Continuous improvement of process and procedures
  • Create new buyer contacts in order to grow our existing buyers list
  • Constant monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process
  • Manage and facilitate successful acquisition activity with the sales team
  • Work with the entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth
  • Develop strong business relationships with buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company
  • Provide company with reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Help to develop and implement improvements strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue
  • Enter all relevant notes into company CRM on a daily basis
  • Assist Company with miscellaneous projects as needed
  • Sense of urgency for goal achievement across varied activities and simultaneous projects
  • Relationship and rapport building through outbound calling with a focus on achieving the engagement and commitment of others
  • Pre-screening sellers based on seller motivation level, sense of urgency, and other lead selling indicators
  • Quick decision making in response to changing conditions when speaking directly with potential customers
  • Set appointments for Outside Acquisitions Manager based on seller motivation and equity
  • Ensure process compliance and accurate KPI reporting in company CRM
  • Assign potential realtor listings to list age

Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation
$45,000 - $70,000
