Our rapidly growing and dynamic team is in search of a highly motivated real estate inside sales specialist. You’ll hunt for and build relationships with incoming prospects, gather pertinent information for home buyers and sellers, and set meetings between prospects and realtors. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Applicants should be driven, well-spoken individuals who want to take the next step in their career. Compensation is hourly plus a bonus. This is an in-office position, M-F 8:30-5:00.


  • Qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert prospects to appointments so realtors can respond to customers' needs
  • Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
  • Maintain regular communication with realtors to ensure customer needs are being met and followed up
  • Update customer relationship management system with prospect information and follow-up actions so realtors have the most accurate and current data
  • Track daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and key metrics to ensure sales goals are met


  • Must possess exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with prospects
  • Results-oriented, well-organized, persistent, consistent, curious, and with a genuine desire to help people
  • Highly interested in learning from the best, being challenged, and achieving a high level of success and career growth
  • Must possess good computer skills with the ability to efficiently work with an online customer relationship management system

$84,000 - $120,000 yearly
