An Inside Sales Agent that hits their goal will earn a base salary of $35,000 plus commissions for a total annual compensation in excess of $120,000.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with warm prospective seller leads via phone, email, and other forms of communications 
  • Qualify the incoming leads and quickly schedule in-person listing appointments for our Listing Agents
  • Nurture prospects if they are not ready to meet
  • Call our team’s past clients to maintain an on-going relationship
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Update company’s CRM with notes to ensure the team has up-to-date information regarding the lead


Qualifications

  • You are currently enrolled in the NJ Real Estate Salesperson course or are ready to enroll immediately
  • You are ready to work full-time, at this time we are not accepting part-time applications
  • You have strong sales skills and you are coachable
  • You are passionate about providing excellent service to customers
  • You are driven to succeed
  • You are a clear and effective communicator
  • You are able to work independently and collaborate with a team to solve problems


Compensation
$120,000+ at plan commission
