The Nickley Group is looking for a phenomenal communicator who is compatible with an energetic, innovative, high-producing local real estate team. The ideal candidate must have high-level integrity, strong attention to detail, an enjoyable personality, and be an exceptional communicator over the phone who is memorably friendly. This person must be dedicated to systems, must be willing to have accountability conversations on a regular basis and be hyper-focused on meeting and exceeding goals through conversations with potential clients.

We only want a team player who is genuinely a people-person who loves making connections. We work hard, helping a lot of people… but we have a lot of fun doing it. We intend to groom this person to grow with our organization. This is a full-time, salaried position.

  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs

  • Manage the customer experience by serving as a concierge for potential home buyers and sellers. This involves numerous phone calls, emails and text messages daily
  • Coordination and scheduling of qualified real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall CRM management to ensure the needs of our customers are met
  • An active listener that offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to build and ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients
  • This role is primarily in the office with 80% to 90% of the time spent on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Real estate license or pursuing required
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
$60,000 - $150,000 yearly
