Responsibilities
  • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met

  • Perform outbound lead prospecting through various communication channels
  • Follow policy and procedure for calling and texting numerous lead sources
  • Perform outbound lead prospecting and generation through phone and text communication
  • Qualify prospects through rapport building
  • Navigate through complex CRM (Salesforce) to ensure pipeline success
  • Daily commitment to continuous self-improvement

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred

  • College degree preferred; High School diploma required
  • Sales and Customer Service experience preferred
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the organization

Compensation
$31,200 - $55,000 yearly
