The True Realty Team is hiring for a Business Development Representative/Inside Sales position. The BDR/ISA role is a crucial position for the company and is responsible for building rapport with leads, identifying an opportunity, and setting appointments for the team’s agents. The role is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule. True Realty will support the BDR/ISA with continuous learning and development and provide the tools needed to succeed.
