The True Realty Team is hiring for a Business Development Representative/Inside Sales position. The BDR/ISA role is a crucial position for the company and is responsible for building rapport with leads, identifying an opportunity, and setting appointments for the team’s agents. The role is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule. True Realty will support the BDR/ISA with continuous learning and development and provide the tools needed to succeed. We are committed to diversity on our team and focused on providing a safe, flexible work environment. $60,000 salary plus commission, and benefits. Total compensation potential of over $80,000.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture prospective clients and seamlessly transition via appointment to agents
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
  • You will spend the larger part of your day working with prospective clients via telephone, text, and email
  • Make follow-up outbound calls and provide additional information, overcome objections, and set appointments
  • 100 - 150 lead touches per day
  • Qualify inbound leads for appointments with realtors
  • Logging all communication via CRM
  • Able to accommodate a flexible schedule that includes some weekend days and evenings

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience and a proven track record of success
  • A valid Real Estate license or pursuing

  • Comfortable with multiple systems like CRM, Dialer, Google Suite apps, and more

Compensation
$60,000 - $85,000
