Hourly+Commission: Earn $60,000 and Up

It is possible: an inside sales position, following up on and nurturing qualified leads (NO cold calls). Join a team of 12 motivated, full-time real estate professionals, work only a 40 hour week (3-4 evenings a week and 3 of 4 weekends a month, some flexibility), NO open houses, NO running around with buyers, TURN OFF YOUR CELL PHONE after hours and relax and enjoy your life.

Exceptional opportunity to earn $60,000 - $70,000 your first year, as much as double that in your 2nd year. Must be able to check ego at the door and effectively represent the agents and team in exchange for a stress-free real estate career.

Responsibilities
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
  • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
Qualifications
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation
$60,000 - $70,000 yearly
