Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline

  • Cold-call prospects that are generated by external lead sources
  • Conduct nbsp; numerous outbound calls per day to generate new and maintain existing business
  • Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process 
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
  • Ensure follow-up by passing leads to Field Sales Reps with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, property description, and so on
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into appointments 
  • Overcome objections of prospective customers
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits to customers 
  • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the company database
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues
  • Attend periodic sales training where applicable
  • Appropriately communicate brand identity  
  • Organize work station that presents itself in a professional manner

Qualifications
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • +1 year of real estate sales experience
  • Real estate license or pursuing required
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired

  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and set appointments while maintaining established quotas
  • Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry 
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and listening skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
  • Ability to occasionally travel and attend Real Estate related events 
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Experience using CRM software
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Reliable method of transportation

Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000 yearly
