What we call a "Public Home Buying Specialist". You’ll hunt for properties, build relationships, and add deals to the sales funnel to grow our real estate portfolio. We are looking for someone who has a real estate license, is results-oriented, and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. 

Applicants should be experienced in real estate sales, proficient in lead generation, driven sales professionals who want to take the next step in their career.

This candidate is a fast starter, is highly money motivated, and is looking for the right opportunity to use their people skills and talents to build a lasting career.

This person doesn't whine nor make excuses; they get results and are proud of them. This candidate can follow instructions and is detail orientated.

If you are average, you can earn $70,000 a year with our sales team. If you are awesome, you can earn over $100,000+.

• Expand client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
• Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
• Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
• Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
• Network with various agencies to find residential investment opportunities
• Actively communicate with area brokerages
• Generate leads for the Acquisitions department to find properties for us to buy

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• 5+ Years of Real Estate experience or relevant recent experience
• Overachiever, self-driven, and determined to succeed
• Growing personally, looking to build wealth and have fun in the process
