We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyer’s and listing agents. Responsibilities
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
  • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
  • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently

  • Communicates effectively
  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis (min 5 hours/day)
  • Make 50+ new contacts per day
  • Manage contact database system with aggressive follow up
  • Set Listing Appointments for salespeople
  • Practice, memorize and internalizes scripts
  • Create a sense of comfort and familiarity with leads/clients and is able to build rapport
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Results-oriented and high achiever
  • Strong understanding of computers, spreadsheets and navigating the Internet
  • Set personal goals, track progress/sales metrics, and attend weekly accountability meetings
  • Have a positive attitude and be a productive member of team

Qualifications
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license

  • Active Arizona Real Estate License Required
  • Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
  • +1 year of real estate experience
  • Outbound sales experience strongly preferred but not required
  • Friendly and personable
  • Extremely strong and comfortable with outbound telemarketing
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Be a team player who thrives on and truly enjoys working with a team
  • Proficient with Google Email and other technology platforms

Compensation
$50,000+ potential at plan
