We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. This position will report to our Sales Leaders in each market.

Responsibilities
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
  • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
  • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
Qualifications
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • +1 year of real estate sales experience
Compensation
$36,000 - $48,000 yearly
